Who can volunteer the day of?

We need some volunteers the day of the show!
I can not say at this point what you would be doing, but I can say, the more volunteers the easier it'll be on everyone. Mostly it'll be time donated in the morning helping to get cars in the right spots etc and registration, and possibly some other duties throughout the day like running the t-shirt booth. Also cleaning up afterwards. Regardless, we need some volunteers!

For helping, we will give you a limited edition MS7 t-shirt! sorry, we're broke asses and can't afford to hand out anything else :D:
I'm hoping to get about 30 people, who's in? Also post your shirt size!

NOTE: We need the helpers to be there by 7:30am to help organize in the morning, get an idea of where cars are being parked, set things up etc... So no harm no foul if you need to drop out just let me know so we can figure out who will be there.

Unfortunately, Tony's right though.

2 reasons..
1 - There's always a bunch of "maybe" and i'd guess 80-90% of them don't show up to help.
2 - When trying to lock in the assignments, you need people who are for sure. The "maybe" people can be put to work the morning of.

I'm not trying to be a boner, and Rich couldn't have said it any better. I need to be able to count on people being there early to help set up to make this show happen. Otherwise we are going to scramble, things aren't going to happen the way they should, thing swill be late, and people will get pist off.

the shirt thing is more for people helping in the morning and throughout the day. it's a different color so the people attending the show will know who to go to for questions etc. if you're camping, most definitely you will be on clean up duty afterwards! It's up to the campers to make sure that place is spick and span so we are welcomed back next year.
