...in the next 2 weeks before deciding if your going or not?
i guess i can start with my jetta...
-get front wheelbearings and hubs installed
-alignment
-new front tires for the 17s
-re-wire subs/amps
-fix windshield and maybe have it tinted as well as re-doing the sides
-DS rear wheel bearing
-radiator
-find/fix trans fluid leak, again
-fix the idle
-straight pipe or fix cat
-finish molding the mirrors to look like one piece/spray bomb
-keg can intake mod
-find molding and put back on drivers door(replaced door before winter and dont remember where it went) fix the back ones as well
-peel off the rest of the pin striping on the driver side, maybe do the passenger side if i find motivation
-detail the piss out of it. its been a year at least
im honestly thinking of getting a huge sticker made that says hoopty, rockin it on the back window, and just fixin the wheelbearings/hubs and get it to go straight down the road and just call it good.. most of the parts i need should be here by thursday so there is little hope :D:
oh well, theres always next year... dunno

This is what I need to do. I would love to claybar it, just not sure if I will have the time. Everytime I wash and wax, I notice more scratches, chips, etc, and it depresses me. Sometimes I wish that I drove a POS that I didn't care about.

Install 3" down pipe
Figure out where to tap into for oil temp gauge
Hook up boost gauge
Wire the lights for both gauges
Detail! its super dirty from sitting in the garage for almost a month.
Hopefully I am able to get all that done.

1. Fix boost gauge (autometer rubber boot things suck)
2. Install catch can instead of getting fumed out and dumping crap on the road
3. Re - calibrate my wideband again - ok there's a story behind this that I should mention if you don't like Ricky Bobby and don't like to go fast don't read further LOL I was at some podunk gas station and there was a police interceptor old car with v8 with a couple rednecks in there and so anyhow we pulled out and they followed, we were following a tractor and I couldn't pass so they were tailing me. I finally could pass so I pumped it in 3rd and boosted it up to around 130 mph; then there was a dip in the road, being lowered and not thinking the car would get that LOW I have my wideband LC-1 attached to the frame rail on the bottom side of it well it snapped the connector hooking the wideband to the sensor. So I had to fix that luckily no real damage one wire got a little of the sheath broke around it so I taped it all up secure with electrical tape.
4. Re-adhere door molding that was falling off
5. Wax it again
6. Change gear oil out
7. Put back in new secondary water pump
8. Replace a blown out fog lamp
Those are the only things going to really get done, of course the list would keep going.
9. fuel injectors
10. software
11. water/meth
12. re-doing everything over hahaha

Bringing the VR6 Vanagon this year. Leaving the GTI at home. So I need to install some shift bushings so it's not so difficult to drive, fix the gas pedal, build the deck for the roof rack, vacuum interior, basic wash, attach the trailer hitch and pick up my camper.

Apparently the Rabbit only needs a battery charge.... Ran the fuel pump for a couple of minutes the other day, and no leakage.
Wagon still needs a detail...

The first thing I need to do is pull the gas tank and get it boiled out (rust in the gas) and change all the fuel lines. Thats the beginning.
