Ann Arbor Area Convoy

I don't want to make the Motorstadt run solo, and I know that some of my fellow Ann Arborites must be making the trek, so who is up for gathering? I have a location off 94 by State in mind, unless anybody else already has something in the works.

I'm down! My name is Jacob and I'm new to the vdub community. So if you guys are cool with it I would like to meet you guys friday night some place in Ann Arbor. That way we all know exactly when/where/and who we're meeting up with saturday morning so there isn't any complications.

I'm down. It's been a couple of years since we've had an Ann Arbor caravan to Motorstadt. Actually, once in the past we rolled up to Brighton to meet up with the DTWAudi crew and ended up rolling like 15 cars deep.

I propose we meet at the Briarwood mall parking lot around the Sears tool entrance? Personally, I like to roll slow down the highway and show up fashionably late (i.e. arrive at 11am) because my tires rub like crazy and it can be a long day in the sun. This would mean leaving Ann Arbor around 9am.

I'm flexible though, these are just my proposals. If the rest of you guys like to cruise at 80mph, count me out. I want my car to actually survive the journey...haha

For everyone departing from Ann Arbor, we've got Solarcaylee, nschraff, jbeezy, himself (?), and myself??? If you're out, let us know. Otherwise, the plan is to leave the Sears parking lot at Briarwood mall at 9am rolling 5 cars deep. JPakki, it should take us about 20 minutes to get to Beck and M14.

M-14 East
275 North
696 East
53/VanDyke North

If anyone knows of any construction or bad road conditions for this route, shout out.
