If it was me, I'd be looking to meet up at Great Lakes Crossing or the Silverdome. That way you can meet up with the Flint caravan and roll deep.

The problem with meeting at GLC is having the caravan hit the 59 entrance off I 75 (which is ridiculous for 1 or 2 cars, let alone 10-20)... You could take Baldwin to Walton to Opdyke, then jump on 59 there.. Or just let the Flint guys roll to 59 and meet up at VWoA, which is right there off 59 and 75.

If you guys were smart, you'd arrange the 3 major caravans (Royal Oak/Flint/Auburn Hill) and try to have them all meet at one location at one time, then roll in like that.

Only problem there is the on ramp to 59 from opdyke is closed cause of them rebuilding the bridge. Which is why i suggested squirrel road in auburn hills, it's literally 2 seconds from m-59. We could do GLC meet then cruise down Joslyn to taylor to opdyke to walton to squirrel. just a little city cruise be for we hit the highway


EDIT! I just remembered squirrel is closed from walton to featherstone so we could take opdyke to featherstone to squirrel

VWoA is right at M59 and Squirrel. Maybe you've seen it, its a large building that has VWoA/Audi/Bentley on the side?
#1 - No sense putting a bullseye on a caravan of loud, modified vehicles.
#2 - If you're trying to set up a caravan that's going to be jumping on the highway, its just common sense to be closer to the highway. That way you aren't losing people at lights and crap.
#3 - If you're going to try and arrange the GR/Detroit/Auburn Hills caravans to meet, don't make them drive a mile away to meet up. Again, keep it close to the route they're already running.
#4 - I'd say more than half of the people going know VWoA because its been the home of our last few shows.

Look at it this way.. You get into the show, that gets you a goodie bag, a shirt, raffle tickets and a chance at an award. Taking it a step further, you help support the club so that we can do things like this year after year.

Guys - I do not expect the GR crew to pass Exit 108 on I75 until close to 9ish. I'm waiting to hear from HeavyFluid when he is joining the GR caravan in Lansing. From N. Holly RD it will be about 25mins to get to M59. I will be in touch with Justin.
