Post-show cruise for my video

Edit: So yeah...after cleanup (4:30/5PM?). Meet near entrance. Look for the t-red mk2 GLI & silver mk4 GTI with black rub strips.

So I'm not going to be in on any to-show caravans since I'm local, but really cause I'm helping with setup.

But I also want to try out my new DSLR, which I bought for the HD video actually, but haven't gotten many opportunities yet. So I'm gauging interest in a post-show cruise for my (potential) Motorstadt 7 video.

I assume maybe some of the people camping and obviously other locals, but obviously anyone would be welcome. I would imagine heading south to Hall Rd./M59, since it's multi lane, but some of the curvy roads right around the show would probably be suitable. I'll come up with a route if there's enough interest.

I wouldn't think it would take more than 20-30 minutes, so everyone can still get dinner at a decent hour. Probably start after the show ends, around 4-4:30? So...anyone in? :beer:

slight addition/correction with this statement.. campers have to make sure they are on their OWN cleanup after they are done camping. nobody will be around but them, so it's up to the camper to make sure they pick up the place and leave it spick and span. Helping break down the show would IMO be an added bonus especially since they are gonna be there the rest of the night.

Not if you don't bring the Kia!

So tentative route - pretty simple. Point A is the show location. Basically jog over to M53, head south to Hall Rd/M59, head west, head north on Cass Ave/Shelby Rd to 22 Mile or 23 Mile Rd, then head east back to M53, back to the show location.

As far as a meeting time/place - it'll be whenever cleanup is done, I suppose. So 4:30/5? And somewhere near the entrance...look for a t-red mk2 Jetta GLI with badly peeling clearcoat.

haha doug, I have probably driven the Kia 3 times this year. my dad drives it for work now. I had been riding a scooter until my brother totaled it last night. I'm driving my grandpa's 2010 f150 now. :[ plus I can't even go to mstadt.
